My journey to senior leadership and then the top job was a little unorthodox, but then that is true of so many people.

We can often think that there is such a thing as a 'standard' route but it applies to far fewer than might be imagined.

Not everyone came in at age X at the bottom, then took Y years to get this far or Z years for the next bit.

Everyone has their story, and their journey. Hope this inspires some to think senior leadership really is for them, including those from #genz.
