Alex can use any laptop to present from but will have his own as a backup – at the moment it’s a HP Envy with USB and HDMI connector (via a converter). If you wish to use your own laptop, please check the slides before the event.

He needs:

  • Laptop/PC to present from, with the latest version of powerpoint

  • Wireless presentation clicker

  • Mains power socket to power his laptop (if used)

  • A projector

  • A speaker system appropriate for the room 

  • Roving mic for Q&A

  • External comfort monitor is preferred
